OFF-SEASON LACROSSE WEIGHT ROOM & CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Stregth & Conditioning can separate an athlete from his peers or elevate an athlete to overall better health and fitness.  We have ten opportunities each week for our athletes to increase their overall athleticism and strength.  Below are the times available to come in to the Weight Room in the High School.  We will post updates to this page if changes in schedule happen.  At this time of year we have a 3 day rotation setup for our athletes.
